We bought a one of the lofts but initially were considering a flat. I’ve heard that the flats have had many problems and their HOA dues, in my opinion, are very high for the area (over $600).
Olivia Dwyer is my favorite sale associate lady. Super nice and patient with me. I’m so happy working with her. If you looking for a home with this company. Definitely working with her is a pleasure. Highly recommend.
Top floor is awesome. Other floors have acoustical issues. This is not for large family. Quiet elderly couples will feel welcome.
