Ridiculously poor service. No communication. If you call nobody ever answers, and when you leave a voicemail they never return your call. Website is useless. HOA only wants money from residents but doesn't do anything really for the upkeep of the neighborhood. They keep raising HOA but for nothing. There is minimal landscaping (only a handful of bushes) - I would love to see this updated to make the area more welcoming and appealing but that would require work and I don't think they want to do that.

I’ve lived in my house for almost 6 years and never had an issue with our previous HOA. Our community started using Metro Property Services this month and I’m already so disappointed. I received extra charges out of no where and when I reached out to ask about the fees I got an extremely rude and unhelpful response.

HOA’s in general are garbage. But making sure to charge a hefty fine is their go to for the holidays. Glad you get to fill your stockings with others money. 0/5

I was so impressed with Elise! I called her for help to get my tree trimmed in my backyard, even though it wasnt her HOA company responsible for the trimming, she got in touch with the right company and not only made it happen quickly, but kept me in the loop with follow up calls! super pleasant, thanks Elise!

I moved out of this HOA six months ago and every single day I am glad to be free of them. They raise rates every year and do absolutely nothing. They are incapable of enforcing any rules and expect everyone to police themselves. But they will suddenly be very concerned about window screens or minor aesthetic issues. Sorry to anyone who's stuck there.
