Metro on First

This place is in a perfect location! Close to the sound, Seattle center, and down town. Walking distance to Safeway and CVS Pharmacy as well as a bus stop. Management is wonderful, Tim and Julie are great to work with. They always responded well to our maintenance requests and gotten things fixed quickly. We love it here! Lots of amenities!

We love this Apartment. Beautiful sea-view from terrace. Area is superb and quiet. Managers are really helpful. They are taking a good care of each and everything.

Apparently I am not allowed to add rnew review. So will update this. I moved out of the apartment. The management is great but my package got delivered to the old apartment and the person living their kept it. It was a Sephora package (smh). I assumed the person might be visiting their family or out for a break but it's disheartening to know that they would keep it instead of returning to management. Despite repeated calls from management to the resident. There's still time. Please return it to the management.. .... Prev review... The apartment management is great. It's easy to get maintenance issues fixed. And Paul has been great handyman,with fixing issues in my home like fixing garbage disposal or helping replace old light fixtures.

The elevator in this apartment building has been out of service from last year to now. There have been multiple incidents of theft in the parking garage, and the apartment management refuses to provide access to security footage. There's no security by any means. If you're looking to have your belongings stolen, then this is the perfect place to live. : )

We chose Metro on First sight unseen. We read other reviews and knew we wanted a quieter place that still has easy access to all that Seattle has to offer. The management team was incredibly helpful and Tony made the move-in process smooth and easy. The building itself is well-maintained, and the view from the roof adds to its charm. Tony has been quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. We have no regrets with our choice. Metro on First is a great place to call home.
