Really poor experience working with Charlie. And to add insult to injury he accidentally sent our personal information to the wrong email on 2 occasions

Disappointed in interactions. While I am sure they are competent in their profession, hanging up with someone mid conversation reflects poorly.

Charlie was great to work with. He was always available to help review numbers and walked us through the entire process. During our closing signing meeting he had snacks available for the kids and allowed them to be comfortable in the meeting room. This my second time working with Charlie and I highly recommend!!
