Metro Apartments at Bethalto

Moved here from TX and the whole process was very easy. Katelynn and the property manager Kyle are both very sweet and professional. The only complaint is that the walls are extremely thin, but if you get blessed with a chill neighbor then there’s no issue at all. The office handles inclement weather (we just had a snow storm) in a timely manner with the roads being salted and plowed as soon as they can be. The apartments themselves are spacious and the appliances are nice. Love that they have W/D hookups. There are also closets everywhere, so the storage is great. There is a park with like 3 baseball fields pretty much in the complex and it’s nice to walk our dog over there. Overall, I loved living here, I’m just being relocated to CO. 10/10 would live here again.

So far so good! Love my townhouse and the peaceful community. Staff are amazing and have been very welcoming. Can’t beat the rate either! Had to move here in an emergency and I’m so glad I found it! Katelynn was so amazing as she handled my initial application and move in (as well as my dozen questions) and Kyle has been so very helpful since I’ve been here. Would highly recommend to any of my friends!

Me and my boyfriend just moved here this month and this apartment has been everything we’ve wanted! Apartment itself is super spacious and was kept very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful for the move in process, and the area is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend living here. :)

I paid a security deposit in April to move in when my other lease broke for around September. our other apartment was horrible and we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. they gave us a call i few days ago asking if we wanted to move in earlier and we jumped at the opportunity! It was very easy going through the process of signing the lease, paying the move in expenses (you get money off if you have good credit!), and getting the keys! The app that they use is very easy to navigate and you can get renters insurance through the app and you can pay your rent on there and even view your lease! Katherine and Heather made the process very easy for my partner and I to move and we are already very happy here. I recommend living here 10/10
