Metro 31 Senior Community

I visited the complex to get information for my Mother. The leasing agent was nice and provided me plenty of information. The exterior and interior looked well maintained, looked to have a nice community area. I was unable to tour any of the rooms.

My father has his apartment here it is such a peaceful,beautiful great place.

Excellent appliances. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Apartment is quiet. Excellent security.. Staff is extremely responsive and extremely helpful to residences. They are also extremely mindful of the safety of their tenants and have instituted masks before the mandate went down. They are very good about enforcing the rules fairly. Very respectful of the tenants And they will always notify you if they need to enter the apartments for any reason such as routine maintenance or improvement. They usually give at least 24 to 48 hours notice.

Great experience living there. Everything was addressed promptly. Very satisfied living here!

Nothing works, the staff are really rude to the the elders here, the security guard lady calls elderly people names, they enter the units on false “Work Orders” and tell the tenets they have the right to search their personal belongings, this place acts like the people who live here are in jail and the staff are the prison guards! If you have a loved one who lives here you should break that lease ASAP!
