Method

A poor quality inspection from Method has now cost my family significantly. Choose your inspection company carefully, and keep them accountable. Whether from inexperience or simply being in a rush, a poor quality inspection can limit your ability to negotiate with a seller and can put your family at risk. Method performed a home inspection with mold and radon testing for us summer of 2025.

Prior to purchasing a new house I used method to inspect the house. They found a handful of things wrong but they missed a ton of very important things. They didn't catch multiple issues with the plumbing system to include one of the toilets not being vented properly. They also missed a 1 inch hole on the gable that I didn't notice until I saw snow in my attack. My house has a number of things that are not up to code and are safety issues. I reached out to Vince on 2 occasions to see if he could help me communicate this issues with builder but didn't get a reply. Even the simplest of things were missed on the inspection. Unfortunately things didn't work out with that house. If it wasn't for the thuroniss of the inspection we really would have gotten a lemon. Vince was very knowledgeable and upfront about the issues seen during the inspection. Had a bit of an issue with the Spectora portal when it came to signing and paying, but all issues were resolved in a timely manner.
