David and Leila have done an amazing job helping us get into a rental in GA from NC. We rented a home site un seen and couldn’t be happier. They have went above and beyond dealing with us and making sure our new home was up to our standards, safe, and clean. I couldn’t be happier and more thankful for everything they’ve done. We will be looking for a home to buy in the next year while we rent and won’t hesitate to use them for our realtor needs. Incredibly nice, understanding and empathetic family atmosphere. I couldn’t ask for better people to rent from. They are all polite, prompt and respectful when I contacted them about a needed repair or if I have a question. I feel like the entire company is hands on. I’ve never been left to just figure it out on my own like I’ve experienced in the past when renting other houses. He had a contractor go through EVERYTHING in the property with me and anything I wanted fixed was addressed before I took possession of it.
