Metairie Lake Apartments

I've lived here for 7 years and when I sent my notice to move I cried like a baby. This is the BEST apartments in ALL of Metairie, great rates, wash/dry in home, GIANT bedrooms and a wonderful LandLady. Yolanda is truly the best, and I've developed a real relationship with her. She always had my back, and everything is always handled in a timely manner. I will truly miss this place. I recommend it over and over again!

I lived at Metaire Lake Apartments a few years back, for almost two years, when I was in the New Orleans area. I absolutely loved this complex. It's pretty quiet. I think most of the tenants are young professionals, as there were not many children. The location is awesome! Near Bucktown, so great restaurants on the same street and very close to Lake Pontchatrain. Sometimes I would walk there for a workout. It is right off of Veteran's BLVD which is the main street in Metairie, where it seems like everything is located. Metairie Lake is very close to New Orleans -- Just a couple of blocks from Lakeview, and about a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter. I would definitely recommend it. The rates are very affordable.
