No matter if you help the apartment you live at, you’ll still get screwed over. These apartments know that I have a mental disorder, and they’re just making it worse. They said they don’t care what happens to me. Even when I had mold and it was pretty severe mold that got on everything and ruined my furniture, clothes, shoes, they didn’t want me to move. They wanted me to still be in the mold while I get sick. As for my car, I thought I would at least get a warning before 9 a.m. I can’t wait to move out of here now. Don’t move here. Look at all the reviews. They can’t even get their act together with management. That’s why they keep switching. The pool has been closed this whole summer, and the gym is never working or clean. Update: they caused my vehicle to get dirty after I just cleaned

Since I've lived at Mesa West Apartments, I've had a very good experience from the start. They answered all my questions at the leasing office with clarity and patience. Malik from the maintenance team always responds quickly. He handled the work orders I've placed very kindly and carefully.

Security never goes around. Neighbors are careless, trash is always overfilled, reeks of drug. Residents let their children run around with no supervision Pet owner do not clean up after animals.

I’ve had a great experience living at Mesa West! The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Management is friendly and responsive, and they make sure everything runs smoothly. What really stands out is the maintenance team — they are quick, reliable, and always professional. Any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled fast and with care. It’s such a relief to know that if something comes up, it will be taken care of without any hassle.

I've had such a great experience at this apartment complex! Everyone here is incredibly helpful and friendly. The front desk staff is amazing always prompt with communication and willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance is also fantastic super quick to respond and always very helpful with any issues. It’s clear that the whole team truly cares about making this a great place to live. Highly recommend!
