Mesa Pines Apartments

I lived at Mesa Pines for just over a year and absoutely loved it, the location is great, close to the 405, loads of great food in the area and close to several parks. The apartments themselves are very well kept, they are quiet, and all our neighbors were very friendly. Dora the manager is incredibly nice and responds quickly to any issues we had. Definitely recommend living here!

Great place to live! We've lived here for about 5 years, and it's a nice quiet community. It's very well maintained, and Dora, the manager, is awesome! She answers any questions or concerns you may have. I'm truly going to miss this place! 10/10 would recommend

I have lived in the Mesa Verde area for over 20 years, and Mesa Pines has been the best apartment ! I've been at Mesa Pines for almost 8 years and truly enjoy the clean, peaceful and private environment. This is all due to the amazing property manager Dora, who is most attentive to all aspects of the property and ensuring it is well maintained. Dora lives onsite with her family and is a wonderful neighbor. All the tenants here are quiet yet friendly and respectful. You would never know Mesa Pines is close to busy streets and businesses, it is that quiet. I am truly happy in my 1 bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings, lots of light, and a cozy gas fireplace. There was a wait list to move in here, but definitely worth it !!

I have lived here for 1.5 years and really enjoyed my stay. The manager, Dora, is very helpful and caring in addressing any issues or concerns that I had. The location is great for Orange Coast College, with a good driving distance to Costco, Micro Center and a great variety of grocery stores. Personally, I did not encounter any safety issues and found the place to be quite quiet and peaceful.

I lived in Mesa Pines for about 14 years, and had the wonderful experience of growing up there. It's an awesome place for children and families, and really anyone that's looking for a quiet, well-kept, and fun place to live. I've lived in two different one-bedroom units and a two-bedroom unit, and we found moving/upgrading to be really easy and enjoyed experiencing the different layouts. We took full advantage of the pool/hot tub, laundry room, BBQ area, and garage/parking while we were there, and there's a lot of open space within the complex so that it doesn't ever feel cramped or dark like a lot of other complexes do. It's also in a great location, with lots of food places on Harbor Blvd nearby, the OC Fair within walking distance over the summer, and a nice walking/biking path that run
