Mesa Management in Las Vegas

They are quick to send violations but when you have an issue yourself you get NO RESPONSE after several calls or emails. I made then aware of an irrigation leak in between me and my neighbors house. Nothing was fixed for over a month. I got hit with a $330 water bill! So on top they are irrigating their landscaping at our expense after we already pay HOA dues!

I feel the word above is very harsh but it fits this company. I thought HOA mean HomeOWNERS Association but Owner really should not be in there. Mesa Management is not recommended at all. I was homeless living out of boxes for 9 months because they took their time and did not communicate very well when my condo flooded (which was an accident)(no fault of mind). I was going to use my own insurance but was told it was the law to use the HOA's insurance and I trusted them. Well it went down hill from there. The Property manager was suppose to help and all I got was long waits to return phone calls and even at the end she would not see me, it would be her assistant and it took me to call the manager to complete the deal. I am very disappointed in this company and very very poor services, good

Worst HOA management company I've ever dealt with. They send harassing violation letters for unsubstantiated violations. They don't respond to emails or written letters. They only respond to certified letters which only waste time. They lose lease documents then claim the property is being rented out in violation even though the HOA CC&Rs are being followed.

Most pathetic company I have EVER had to deal with in my entire life. I have been trying to get a copy of the Faiss Drive HOA hazardous insurance for my property for over a week. The Mesa people are the most unprofessional group with whom I have had to deal. They pass the buck to some other poor soul. BUT they deduct my fees on time each month.

Don't follow thru with violations or repairs that are needed. Keeps going on for several months, and then on next meeting agenda. And again and again...have tried to be helpful as I care about my community but have been treated without respect or courtesy by our manager.
