Mesa Flats

To be honest I have never stayed there…BUT…considering the blight on the community that this property used to be, formerly known as the Skyline Motel, and having done extensive repairs and “band-aiding” the old establishment, as well as knowing the current owner and the quality workmanship he insists on, I am confident saying that Mesa Flats is the perfect place for the right person. How can you beat all inclusive $895/month for a studio apartment? The place has totally transformed itself from a place the cops would regularly get called to into a property I would live at if I didn’t already own a home. I’m still in awe every time I drive past because I just can’t believe how beautiful it is!
