Avoid Pulte Homes at all costs. Their sales reps are completely untrained and fail to provide even the most basic, necessary information to buyers. We were promised our dream home, only to be blindsided after choosing a lot. No one disclosed that our plot had an easement, that certain features couldn’t be added, or that our backyard would be significantly smaller than the neighboring property. We were told that both lots we were considering were “identical,” but this turned out to be a blatant lie. We only found out the truth after the frame was up, and we had to reach out to them to get answers! Even then, our sales representative couldn’t explain that it was an easement lot. We were then belittled by a second sales representative, who made no effort to fix any of the mistakes they made.

Absolutely the worst. Get third party inspection at every step, read your contracts and visit your lots at all phases. Just make sure you are looking out for yourself because the developers are looking out for themselves and they run the neighborhood board and can't see how it's a problem when most of the violations are by the construction crews.

Bought my 2 story home from pulte several years back. During that time i was told how great the construction was. It was not. I had multiple problems with all the stairs and multiple spots on the 2nd floor. They creaked and made alot of noise. Pulte warranty did come out once to repair several spots but once those areas got fixed more spots showed up. Pulte warranty told us they could only come out once to make repairs and said they could longer make any more repairs. So now multiple stairs and floor areas make noise. Dissatisfied with the house build since day one. Started with the crooked dry wall in the hallway. Then the titles being hollowed and cracked. I was busy trying to get these fixed by Pulte but there has been numerous delays. I cannot place my life on hold and try to fix the builders mistake. I thought I was getting a house that would last. :(

Moved in Sept 2020. Great floor plan and design. Poor exicution and worse follow-up. Their protocol seems to be to build the home as cheaply a possible and then get away with as poor quality as the buyer will tolerate -if not worse. Without getting into details let's say there are major and minor issues they've never addressed and they appear to have decided to ignore me at this point. I'm on Oldenberg and if you were to ask my neighbors they would give you a similar picture. The folks that left good reviews here appear generally to not be homeowners. The model is NOT reflective of the build quality you'll get in your home.
