Merriwood Village Apartments

I love this Apartment and the management are very professional and knowledgeable all the time. I moved in last year around September and I never heard or seen anything bad happened in the complex and always cleaned ,quite staff are friendly and helpful. Steven is amazing and always has a positive attitude no matter what he is very professional and make sure you are satisfied with your needs. Since I moved to Merriwood Village Apt I have a great experience and I am happy to live here. The environment is great and I don't have any issues. Mantinace staff are awesome and make sure you get help and your needs take care of on time I would say within 10 -30 minutes they will come and fix the issue your are experiencing. Steven is good in updating new stuff or events. I really appreciate it

No problems coming up on a year. All neighbors are friendly. Peaceful and quiet. Amarillo’s best kept secret. Great management. Very clean.

Our primary residence is in Florida but we keep an apartment here for when we come "home" and absolutely love the quiet community and upscale feel of the property. Steven, the property manager makes sure our apartment is watched after when we are gone and maintenance stops by to ensure there are no issues while we are away. We couldn't imagine a better property!

I lived here for four years and tought this was a nice place to settle down. However as the years went on, my rent went up each year without proper notice. I felt that it began to get overpriced for what they offered. As I was there for my last year, I felt my privacy was invaded. Maintenance would always find a reason without notice to enter my apartment. My last year there also the management was unprofessional about me not resigning the lease.

I''ve always found our property to be well taken care of, the staff friendly, and taking good care of us. My apartment has new appliances. I think it is a great value for everything. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to live and feel proud of where they live.
