Merritt Monument

A pleasure , my experience! Only just a tiny few rearrangements made! ....(Keeping it simple).....although the windows were a bit dirty, I overlooked! My experience was pleasured as I was able to conduct much-needed business for My Journalist Position ! I thank the Merritt Monument For Allowing Me To Use The Computers in Such a Fancy and Positive Energy Vibe Setting! .... Was a Pleasure Thank You. 5 Stars For Sure! The apartments are pretty nice but these prices in this town are crazy.

After being here for a little over two years now, I went from enjoying my apartment to dreading being at home because of how noisy and disruptive my neighbors above me are. I understand the hallway, noises and other tenants going up and down the halls and living their lives. The halls echo, and that’s OK with me. But, this lady literally lets her children run all over the house for hours and hours and hours on end. It doesn’t matter if it is day or night. Those kids are constantly running around, she even lets her son push the furniture around the house! Yes, I said the furniture such as the sofa living room table things like that. I have lost sleep because of the constant stomping and running for hours. I remember I had major surgery and had to be at home a few weeks to recover, and liter

Camilla needs to go, she is the rudest person in the office. I had applied for an apartment and she took 3 weeks to get my paperwork done all for her to say you didn’t qualify anymore when she had already said I was qualified in the beginning. I called almost everyday to check on things and Camilla never said anything, just very rude!!!

I have to give it a 4 because of the maintenance issues, costumer service, and manners I had while Yasmi was in charge. PER THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM I would give 5 stars. Very nice, on top, and respectable. She makes sure things are in straight and can move forward with any issues that are addressed in the apartment. I've been in these since 2019 and this group of ladies for sure make the living environment much more enjoyable. The community over all is outstandingly clean, quiet, and very kid friendly, I do personally love the location of whom I'm by even being by the laundry mat in the complex I don't even hear while being ran from other attendants.
