Merritt Legacy Apartment

The fire alarms go off randomly for no reason, often in the middle of the night. Apparently it's an issue with the sprinklers or something. I've been here a couple years now and it's never been fixed. It's quite a nuisance especially when you need to wake up at 5am for work and the fire alarms are triggered at 1am for something that is definitely not an actual emergency.

Lived here for almost 3 years. The apartment was beautiful and the staff were always friendly and understanding. However, the apartments around me always had water leaks and damage. It started affecting my apartment. The pool was basically opened to the public and everyone in Leander would show up.

Hats off to maintenance! With this miserable heat they try their very best to get all work orders completed 100% Thank you for fixing the slamming door. Much appreciated! Management is the worst. Always having power outages. Ac doesn't work in the second bedroom. Fuse box in master bedroom, you can hear the fuses poping every other day. They are all nice and welcoming but once you have been there it all changes. Inspect everything in case you do decide to move here. Because they do like to place blame on you for not saying anything to them. Or use the community page to set maintenance. Have it written.

If you press the 1st floor EMERGENCY button-they never assist btw. There is rust on the buildings from the sprinklers. In the last 365 days the fire alarms for the buildings went off at least 4x-the fire department stating it's a mistake. 1x due to sprinkler issues. The doors are always broken. The building and apts are humid as all heck. The laundry machines do not work and they refuse to fix them stating that they're fine. The bug spraying company was unprofessional and rude last time I had them come out so I handle things myself in that way. The foundation has clear faults as there are multiple places with no water damage, but warped walls. Nothing is being done. If they're having the building inspected they'll tell you like a day or 2 before. They don't always stick to the date they sa
