MPG is one of the most unprofessional, poorly run companies I have encountered in over 30 years in the property management industry. Under the leadership of VP, now terminated, the company appears to operate with little regard for professionalism, accountability, or basic respect. Multiple vendors, myself included, have gone unpaid for months. When payment status is questioned, the terminated VP response is hostility rather than resolution. In my experience, the terminated VP abruptly canceled contracts and explicitly discouraged further communication instead of addressing outstanding balances. That is not leadership — that is avoidance and intimidation. I have worked with many reputable property management firms and maintain strong, long-standing relationships throughout the industry. W

They are truly the worst property management company I’ve ever experienced. These people are slum lords. I have reported to 311 on them 2 times. their property manager manages “30” properties which clearly, no one can manage 30 properties with care. These people are a joke. They let my cat out during some electrical work. Do not trust Meritus. It’s actually insane how little these people care.

At the beginning of August I was shown a studio. Asked for something bigger. The man told me we have a two bedroom coming soon. There working on it now but I can’t show you they are gone to lunch. Now Sept. 11 I meet with Rachael. She shows me 2 bedroom. I liked it and completed app. Paid my 50.00. Didn’t hear anything. Then I called and Kirsten told me Rachael is with another building. She will help me. The place needed a new deadbolt. Then she left for vacation!! Haven’t heard from anyone. Nobody answers. It is now October 7 th.
