Meritum Sheely Farms Apartments

Love the view from my apartment they are amazing. The times that me and my kids have shared at the amenities have always been great. Destiny and Lilly from the office staff are very kind and so willing to help with any questions or concerns that I may have. Have lived here for a year and it's been the best decision that I made for me and my family. Thank you Meritum team you guys are amazing.

I’ve lived here for 18 months and overall it’s been a good experience. You have your normal issues of hearing the neighbors upstairs and people not cleaning after their pets but you can find this at EVERY community. Pros: • Amazing Attentive Professional Office Management • Maintenance stays on top of the community and they make sure there’s no over flowing trash like other communities. • Work orders are done in a timely manner Cons: • Younger drivers not having the decency to slow down however speed bumps have been put in place now. • There is a lot of construction happening but nothing the community can do outside of their walls. • Fortunately for me, there’s not many cons Great amenities, clean grounds, and modern updated units!

I have enjoyed my living experience at this place. I have felt safe and had no issues. All of the staff have been very welcoming and kind. The amenities are great, in which I enjoy using the gym. Overall, the community is great and I would recommend the place, it feels like home.

We have been living in Meritum for almost a year now and the amenities are awesome . The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcomed. The gym is open 24/7 and is always clean . I definitely recommend moving into these apartments.

Living at Meritum for more than 15 months. Beautiful, and nice place to live. Close to 101 and I10 freeways. Whole office crew treat you like family! Thanks guys! You been doing such a great work!
