Merino at Scottsdale

Do not recommend. The staff running Merino love having Kwik Tow steal your vehicles then they give you attitude. Most notably by Sarah which claims to off-site then plays stupid when you ask where your property is. If you love waking up to your property gone then Merino is the place to be.

Our unit was remodeled and looks really nice. The rent is pretty high though. The 24h gym is super cool. You have to insist to get things fixed but they get fixed. The commun areas are well maintained but the leaf blower at 7:15 am though… 🤦‍♀️

I have been a tenant now for 13 months. I have had a couple issues, but that makes this the reason for 5 stars. This place has an excellent support staff!! If you need something fixed....then Arthur is right on top of it!! He is only one of the maintenance staff here but he is, in my opinion, the best of the best!! The pool is clean, the office staff are super friendly and available to assist. In my opinion, the rent is priced exactly as it should be. I pay almost $1700 a month and I'm glad to do so. Close to lots of amazing places around Scottsdale too. Right off of the 101 as well.

My vehicle was towed for absolutely no reason. Management was unhelpful, and was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional when I tried to address the issue. I felt like there was no action to address the issue promptly. This place creates unnecessary stress and treats residents poorly. Don’t ever sign a lease here.

I had the pleasure of working with Holly and she was so patient and kind with me and my kids. She was very professional and I would definitely recommend this community to everyone!
