Update: the main gate has been broken for over 2 years and the side gate is also broken. No need for gate fobs or codes they are in no rush to fix it. Also, with this most recent winter storm Fern, they haven't plowed/shoveled the majority of roads, parking lots and walkways (Photos). They did the office walkway, parking lot and gargage area, sprinkled some sand and thats it. We have more snow coming in a few days, office staff doesn't seem to care or be concerned. - I have been a resident for 1.5 years and I am very much looking forward to moving out in a few months. The 1 star reviews are way more accurate/honest than the 4 star reviews. Yes, the trash piling up is a weekly issue as is the dog feces and litter everywhere (photo). My 5 star rating is specifically for the employee Carlis that helped us today. She was so nice and a breath of fresh air. She gave us a tour and explained everything. The apartments was okay. Decent size. Carpet throughout the whole thing 👎 but overall alright. I would go back just to visit her, fun lady!

The apartments are very nice and well-maintained. However, my experience with the manager, Sonya Barboza, was very disappointing. I found her to be unprofessional, rude, and dismissive in our interactions. Management plays a huge role in a resident’s overall experience, and unfortunately, this negatively impacted mine. I believe Capreit should address this, as it reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this property to others.

I regret signing my lease and can’t wait to move. For $1400/m I live in my 1bd,1bath and can hear my neighbors outside my door , above me, beside me. It’s horrible even with a sound machine on especially with a baby. Paying for amenities you don’t have access to.. my fob hasn’t worked since I started my lease and they fail to ever replace it. Then been stating they don’t have any additional ones. So that means no gym access or pool access outside of business hours. Mind you.. they reduced their hours for months to 9am-1pm .. You put in work orders for them to be marked completed and no one has come by or anything yet. My first month here they didn’t have mailbox keys to provide me so I had to go buy my own from the post office. The gates are also open at all times so it’s not a gated com

Meridian is a nice place to live. Quite. Hard to reach management @ time We don't have a chance to meet some of the residents. We have not had a greet and meeting your neighbors. At least that would be awesome. Otherwise is a nice location/ clean.
