Meridian Towers Apartments

a lot of these comments are so negative but, for utilities being included in rent that’s already low its really not a bad place. yes there are roaches here and there but you’re choosing to live in an older building in a lower income area what would u expect. if u ask maintenance, they have never had a problem treating for them or fixing other general issues. i’m renewing my lease because if how fairly rent is priced and the staff are really nice.

The leasing agent, Mala, was very friendly and made the move in process really easy and quick, she gave us lots of information and advice on everything from the building common areas to the best places nearby for shopping/places to eat. She handles any issues very quickly and takes care in her work. Very pleased to be a new resident!

Mala is so friendly and engaging. My move-in experience was very simple and straightforward. She kept in timely contact with me and walked me through the whole process. She also genuinely cared about my preferences and remembered my face after only meeting me once. I appreciate her friendly, professional, and intentional way of doing things. Literal definition of roach motel, you can walk in any stairwell, hallway that isn't the 1st floor and find dead roaches. They will not fix this issue because this is in a low income part of the city. Most of the neighbors are very kind and very communal. Unfortunately while i resided there my next door neighbor was very noisy. I had complained to the office several times about this neighbor and nothing was ever done. Do not live here, there are way better apartments in Indy with the same pricing and even less. This is what I would call a last resort apartment if you can not find anywhere else last minute. Even then I would rather crash in someones basement.

Mala was very nice to work with, always answering all questions I had, plus very professional and friendly! She showed me a wide variety of new and updated apartments, very impressed.
