Realtor and I have been asking the instructions and closing information to send wire and money. Kellee Rollins finally the day before closing is calling frantically saying she needs buyer information etc - then sends the instructions less than 24 hours before closing to get a wire out. Hopefully, they actually did there job and there are no issues with the property and they actually got everything squared away. Not impressed.

Please if you read this do not use this company , yesterday for my closing there were many mistakes money and dates wrong and after closing the money deposited was 700 dollars short,I called and was told you signed it this is closed.mistakes lost money and incompetence at the highest.
