I'm continually impressed with the customer service I receive from Meridian Title. I asked a question about my title thru the online portal and was reached out to in less than thirty minutes by Melissa Henning. She has been informative, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout this entire process. I would recommend her and Meridian if you value detail oriented customer service with your time sensitive materials and pleasant interactions. I'm truly impressed and thankful to them for such a pleasant and easy experience.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. They really made us feel welcome and valued. All the pallets was well prepared and we had no issues with anything. Smiles all around.

Closing was very smooth but they failed to pay my homeowners insurance on time. I ended up having to pay out of pocket and wait for the insurance company to issue a refund.

The service was very quick, clear, and accurate. I had zero issues or concerns. Everything was seamless and very smooth. I was also offer snacks. Yum.
