Unprofessional on another level. No idea what customer service means. If you care about your property stay clear of this firm. The owner/president David is completely unresponsive and missing at all times. The employees are rude and treat clients like dirt. They also have no handle on accounting and when checked many third party contracts they handled were way above market. Kickbacks possibly? Bottom line. Stay away from this firm.

Our association has been using this management company about a year now and I have to say how happy we are with them. They are always professional and very helpful. And the fact that they have already saved us more than what they charge for management fees is a plus. Sheri has always resolved any issues our association has come across and I look forward to continuing to work with her and the rest of the staff in the coming years.

Spoke with Lauren last week during New Year's when most companies are checked out. She was incredibly helpful and provided guidance to all of my questions. Customer service is everything these days and I'm glad to run into a property management Company that provides it. Thank You Lauren for being awesome.

If could give less than 0 stars I would, please believe all the negative emails listed, I emailed them September 29th, now it’s October 20th and I still do not have a single answer. If you’re ever renting and it’s managed by them, RUN AWAY. Horrible people to deal with, you call, no one answers, after a million tries someone might pick up and tell you: “the fastest way to get a response it’s through email”, which is clearly a lie. Just STEER AWAY, HORRIBLE COMPANY
