My mother recently moved out of her apartment after living there for an incredible 67 years. Transitioning a 91-year-old closer to family in another state is a monumental task, but the team at Meridian Properties made it so much easier. They showed us immense flexibility and special consideration during the moving process, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. I want to specifically thank Deb M. in the office for being so understanding and helpful throughout the paperwork and logistics. Also, a huge thank you to Elsie, the super. When my mother had a fall, Elsie was right there to help emergency crews gain access and has been nothing but kind and supportive the entire time. It’s rare to find a management team that cares this much about their long-term residents. Highly recommended.

We are a daycare center locate in one of the Meridian property buildings, and our experience with this property is positive. The location is convenient for families, well-maintained, and easy to access. The owner is always open to talk, listens to any concerns we bring up, and is truly willing to collaborate to make sure everything runs smoothly. We appreciate the ongoing communication and support, which has made our partnership very comfortable and productive.

I recently had such a positive experience with Meridian Properties. I was a recent tenant at one of their Flatbush properties. I had the pleasure with working with Deb and all I can is throughout this entire process Deb was very understanding, incredibly accommodating, kind, and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I recommend meridian properties ten times over to anyone looking for great service and genuine care.

This has to be THE WORST management company/building owner on the planet. Our building was sold a few years ago by a family who owned it for many years and were really very good to us and cared deeply about the building. They sold it to these people who own multiple properties and basically do not care about what happens in the building. There are water leaks, pointing that was supposed to be done on the building for the last two years and never was. Vernon. An elevator that looks deplorable and hasn’t been painted in about three years, a resident who lives on the sixth floor and hasn’t paid rent in four years who also is a hoarder and they have not attempted to remove, and a host of other issues. Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would do it. Vanessa Joseph, the property manager, has sent me multiple extremely rude emails and threatened to terminate my lease when I asked her to take care of building issues that severely affected my quality of life. I also got no response from anyone else at the company or her supervisor, Jimmy Demetriades. Do NOT live in a Meridian Property. You will be miserable. The buildings are infested with cockroaches, front door is perpetually broken which is a huge security risk and they do nothing about tenant on tenant harassment.
