Meridian Oaks Apartments

Quiet community with a very nicely maintained property. Maintenance/management are great folks and willing to help at any time. Would recommend to a family member or friend looking for an affordable, safe place to live.

I’ve had the pleasure of calling this place my home for the past 8 years. Like most places, it’s not perfect but I’ve heard so many horror stories from friends and family that I’ve never experienced here. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance team always has a smile on their face and a friendly wave each time you see them - not to mention they’re extremely quick to resolve any problems. The parking is what you’ll see the most legitimate complaints about, but that’s vastly outweighed by the positives and friendly nature of the community as a whole. I’ve never seen another apartment complex put as much care into the buildings and landscaping as I’ve witnessed here first hand.

I have lived at Meridian Oaks for 12 years and love it. The staff has always been friendly and professional. If I ever have a maintenance issue, it's quickly resolved in a timely manner. I've never had an issue with maintenance going into my apartment without me being home. I recently moved into the new building and absolutely love my apartment. It may be a small complex, but that it what I like about it. If you are looking for a great place to live, I would highly recommend Meridian Oaks Apartments.

I was only able to live here for a year before I took a job offer up north, but I absolutely loved living here. Just from when you pull in to the complex, you can tell it is a very nice looking place and more up to date than most apartment complexes today. Very spacious apartment size that looked very nice inside as well. The first thing people said when they visited was how nice of a place this was. Maintenance staff was always very quick about fixing any issue I had as well. The Leasing Office managers were very kind and always made sure my roommate and I were taken care of. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Meridian Oaks!

I love this apartment complex. I would continue living here if I weren't relocating to a different state. The staff here is amazing. Their maintenance always comes out immediately. The office workers are very kind and understanding. The environment is nice and secluded. Overall it is just an awesome place to live. My only complaint is that the electric bill can run a little high in the winter because the windows don't have the best insulation. Other than that, I highly recommend that you live here.
