Decided it was alright to take away our belongings upon move-out, even though we received confirmation they would not do so. Upon having a phone call (they refused to continue email correspondence) they told me to make a claim with my rental insurance. Easily over a thousand dollars of materials dumped after email confirmation of them saying they would not dump.

I live for 3 years in the apartment managed by Meridian. When I don’t need anything from them, it’s all great, I like my place, and I pay huge money for it. But when I need something, jut anything - they are never going to help. Horrible customer service. On my first day, I was given the wrong key and couldn’t get into my apartment when I returned from the gym. It was cold January and I was wearing shorts. They refused to help me “after hours” even though I was new to the city and had nowhere to go, and not even a credit card with me to sleep in some hotel. When support was needed, it was never provided: screens missing, broken locks, problems with the paint that was terribly done to begin with. Then they took majority of the security deposit charging everything they failed to support in. Terrible management, unkind and unprofessional.

I love my new 2BR apartment! Meridian did some major upgrades before I moved in, including new flooring, new blinds, new fridge, new bathroom mirrors and lights, and fresh paint job. The property manager, Mary, is super kind and helpful.

Pattern of Unprofessionalism and Safety Issues My mother, a senior resident, has had a deeply disappointing experience with the onsite management. We are documenting these issues to warn others and seek a resolution. Her assigned parking spot is a significant safety hazard due to obstructed visibility. The onsite manager has refused to offer a solution, despite our doctor's note supporting her need for an accessible spot. We believe this is due to a clear conflict of interest, as the manager's daughter is using a more convenient parking spot. This is part of a larger pattern of neglect.
