I have had good experiences with selling Ashton Woods homes in the past, but Andy Perez brought the experience to a new level! He was extremely responsive and helpful and made the entire experience smooth for my military clients.

It’s been of the mistakes I have Ever done was to buy a home from Ashton Woods. Quality is extremely poor, they use the worse contractors and materials. Just this year they installed my shower glass 5 times and still not good. Carpet has concrete under and they haven’t fixed, I have Nails coming off under the carpet, my son step in one and my daughter put a hole in her knee where I sent the manager a picture of it. Ashton woods refuse to repair plenty things that was pointed out on my one year inspection. And I’m still arguing and fighting for the right thing. You pay $426k for whatever they luxury and I have Nails all over my carpet. Lack of grout where spiders came crawling on my bathroom shower wall lol. Make sure to get your inspection done before moving in. Saw where the roof looked old and defective when we did our walk through. Shared my concerns with the project manager and he said to wait to do an inspection just incase more issues arise with the house. A year later got my inspection and the shingles are crystallized, defective, falling apart and old looking overall. It is even stated in the report that the roof is that of a 15 to 30 year roof. The project manager sent a guy with a glue gun to what I supposed to glue the old defective shingles. So when I’m ready to sell my house since it’s already becoming ghetto here, I’m stuck with this issue. I keep getting the run around that they are waiting on a manufacturer representative to come out and inspect the roof first, which is almost
