I've lived at this apartment for 4 years. initially it was a lot better. maintenance was professional. leasing staff seem to care about the tenant experience and they had pretty good events. it currently isn't managed at a very good level. maintenance is a sore spot. in general, I find a lot of penny pinching where repairs aren't done well or may be ignored. elevators have had issues like buttons that won't work unless you press them four times, slow starts, and bouncing. a maintenance order being made for G2 outside door not opening consistently. the problem persists. The events have been downgraded with worse quality food like Costco cupcakes which contradicts the luxury vibe. if you can put up with substandard maintenance the location and pricing are good. The renovation forces current
I love the location and overall quality of this complex — close to the metro, grocery stores, and restaurants, with a clean building and safe parking garage. A couple people in the complex like Jonathan and Terri are great and are always helpful! I truly love living here.....however, the constant cigarette smoke coming into my apartment from a neighboring unit has been extremely frustrating. It’s made it uncomfortable to enjoy my own home, especially considering this is a luxury community with premium rent. This ongoing issue has really impacted my experience, and I hope it’s addressed soon.
I’ve only been here a few months (having moved from Parc Meridian across the street), and I have to say that I’m completely happy with my decision. Anytime something needed fixing, the maintenance team was on it right away, and they’re honestly some of the nicest people I’ve met. As others have mentioned, the location can’t be beat! You’re a few short steps away from CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Wegmans, and plenty of great restaurants, and the food trucks come right to the building on Thursdays. The gym is huge, the pool is great, and the overall atmosphere is just comfortable and convenient. Special shout-out to Jonathan in Leasing and Terri in Maintenance — they always have the best attitude — and to Armenta at the front desk, who’s been awesome as well. And best of all, the price
Update: I'm a corporate client living here. The location in proximity to my business is perfect. Been here for a year plus. Still having an issue with smokers on my floor. I walk into my apartment every day after work to a foul odor. It lingers and is in all of our clothing, furniture and belongings. Sometimes we cannot sleep. The odor is so strong. Sometimes it smells like something is burning. Nothing is ever done. No one comes to check on the space or seems to care about it. We were told the person smoking would be gone by the end of January. It is March and the issue is getting worse. So we've decided to move and are working with the agency to find us a suitable home by the end of this month. We pay too much as a corporate client to put up with people smoking all hours of the day and n
I would advise against living here. It is dated, and there is constant noise from repairs and renovations. You will not have a moment of peace, since sound travels here. You will hear kids screaming next door to stomps above to bangs and hammering two floors up (or even across from you). Two floors have experienced floods. My AC bill was ridiculously high (over $250) due to HVAC unit issues. Management/office is not always responsive (will ignore emails). Pros: Next to Metro, good restaurants and Wegmans nearby. Maintenance staff are responsive and do their best. Front desk folks are nice (Mimi, Lisa and the one male).
