Meridian Apartments

Been living here for almost 2 years now, and with anyplace there are pros and cons, but the new management & maintenance staff that have been here for the past year have definitely changed professionalism and quality of work for the better. Given these are older apartment buildings its expected to have some maintenance requirements. Ever since day one of the staff change, if we ever needed any issues fixed, the management team would get right on it and the maintenance worker, Israel, has always done a fast and quality repairs/fixes. He the best maintenance worker I have came across, not only in the quality of his work, but the professionalism and friendliness .

Awesome service from Israel. Had a slow leak in my sink that over time created a huge mess. Israel fixed it and even more so, replaced the whole disposal unit. Blessed to be living in a beautiful place with such great maintenance service.

Israel stopped by today and was really pleasant to work with. Resolved my sink leaking issues within an an hour. Submitting service to resolution took a total of 2 days. Matter wasn't urgent but it was promptly taken care of.

Israel the property maintenance was very helpful and perceptive enough to point out some other issues that required attention - fixing what he could immediately. He was friendly and personable and made interacting with him a pleasant experience.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years now, the entire management team is absolutely amazing, from the manager Rebecca, to maintenance Israel. Anytime I give them a call, they’re so quick to do repairs. Rebecca is extremely helpful and responsive and Israel can literally fix anything and everything and extremely fast as well.
