Meridian 2250 at Eisenhower Station

This place is beautiful. The staff is genuinely thoughtful. There is no shortage of social activities and spaces. More importantly, the residents are all very friendly. I think it's partly because of the graciousness of the staff. Rod is an amazing Manager. Darla is always willing to help. Morgan has been very responsive too. I love living here.

One of the front desk employees—a woman with white hair—has been consistently unhelpful, but one specific interaction really affected me. I asked for help printing a few private documents, something that takes less than a minute and something I’ve seen other residents receive help with. She refused immediately and the way she spoke to me felt unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive. I was standing there in my pajamas explaining politely that I’m a resident, and instead of helping, she chose to argue with me. The way she treated me made me feel extremely singled out, disrespected, and honestly, I felt there was RACIAL bias in how she spoke to me and how quickly she shut me down. I left that interaction shaken and deeply uncomfortable. Package Pickup: The package situation is just as bad. I

Management is terrible especially when it comes to their parking policy. They literally tried towing my car when I was trying to drive away. I recommend trying one of the many other apartment buildings around, they are managed way better Response to owner: I live in the apartments next door. It was 930pm and we stayed for 30-45 mins. There were plenty of open spaces available. Regardless of your overly strict policy, you shouldn’t have your tow truck drivers rush in and hook up a car when the owner is standing right next to their car trying to leave then force them to pay the driver in order for them to let go of the car. I appreciate the phone call this morning but you clearly still don’t get it, ridiculous 🤦‍♂️

From my first visit, I knew this was the place for me. The staff and people living in the community were warm and engaging. The floor plans and quality of decor is like living in a hotel. Location, location, location is great!

Utterly impressed. Went today and had the pleasure of meeting Rod. My best friend and I loved the place. It is absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, I believe Rod and team have created an environment of truly happy residents. During the tour, everyone was happy to see him and he knew everyone by name. We liked him so much we actually gave him a hug and the end. He truly represents the building and the company in a top notch manner. I’m sold. I now keep my fingers crossed that a unit will be available for me when I move on December 11th. Rod, thank you again! You know which two tiers I’m looking for. Thanks for looking out for me!
