Meridia South Orange

I had a wonderful experience touring Meridia. The apartments were beautiful, spacious, and well designed. My favorite amenity is definitely the rooftop patio! Vanessa gave me the tour and was incredibly knowledgeable, even recommending some fantastic local spots to eat in the area, and other local places to visit.

We are so thankful for the amazing customer service at Meridia South Orange. Even before we officially moved in, they went out of their way to help bring our packages to our unit, which meant so much to us. Vanessa and Felipe are truly wonderful—very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Vanessa always responds quickly and make everything feel welcoming and stress-free. We’re really grateful for the great service and can’t wait to officially move in and meet them in person!

The property at 209 Valley Street has been nothing short of amazing. I have now lived at the property for almost 2 years and it has exceeded my expectations. The property manager, Vanessa Menduina; is responsive and extremely helpful. Felipe, the super; is amazing and responsive. He fixes everything right, the first time. If you are looking for a new home in Essex County, 209 Valley Street is an excellent choice. Also, everyone in the building is nice, respectful, and clean.

A beautiful, modern property with an ideal location and great restaurants nearby. Vanessa has been kind, responsive, and always helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. It’s a very nice place to live.
