Giving this place a zero is an understatement I give it a -5 star review my room gets flooded every time it rains. They tried to paint over it. It smells like mildew. It’s still flooding every time it rains. It’s been six months since management said they were going to have it fixed and still the room is starting to get moldy. Our duck system is filled with mold we complained about the mold buildup underneath the sink maintenance came and just paint it over it. It smells horrible, awful living conditions. We had to solve a roach problem ourselves. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone to live here not even my worst enemy, awful awful awful, and the management is just as awful. They should be fired. By all means if you wanna live in mold and roaches and not have any of your concerns handled

If I could give a zero star review this would be the spot I would give it! Was left without air conditioning or heat for 31 days my neighbor also was left without ac and heat for 31 days was told multiple times that I would have someone there the next day for almost 31 days after the 31days and after multiple unsuccessful attempts to get it back on and running they finally did on day 31. Tattianna there property manager told me they will have it all taken care of and will make everything rite! Even told my father that they will take all responsibility for it and will make it rite. Come to find out she just lied about it for some off reason then wants to try and put a balance on my account after I moved out of almost 4000 dollars! This has been the worst moving experience I've ever had. First the unit I payed a deposit on was given to someone else. Then the unit I was given when I did the walk through has roaches everywhere, the bath tubs are filthy & stained and the ac wasn't working. The ac was fixed and they said they sprayed for the roaches but they are still running around. Next the closet racks fell out the wall when I put a few shirts on it. Then the towel rack fell when I put my towel on it plus one sink has low water pressure & the other is clogged up. All of this in less than 24hrs of moving in. I went to the office the next morning to report everything else and here it is 11:35pm and nothing has been fixed. This place is a joke.

Only thing they can do on time is take rent money. During move in they took our application fee and we heard nothing, four days before our move in date I have to go in person to get an answer. They tell me they have nothing I start having an anxiety attack and they get in my face to how its not there fault no apology. Move in the apartment was not ready appliances were not hooked up and it was INFESTED. We had horrible cockroaches, roommate had a CPAP and they were in his medical equipment. The exterminator was taking pics of the door but not coming in and saying that they were and staff KNEW THIS. Every maintenance request took multiple calls and requests. Every major appliance malfunctioned at some point. They did work on the sink and used OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY to fix and it and broke a

Please run I got bit by a pit bull dog by one of there tenants and they were supposed to get the dog checked out before moving the dog on the property. Now my apartment was ok and the pictures they have are totally different. My a/c and fridge wasn’t working since I moved in it took them 2 months to look at it. They had the nerve to give me a small fridge from the office can u imagine. They’re rarely there and I put my application in and they weren’t even answering had me scared I literally had to drive down from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Bay just to get an answer and found out I was approved it’s crazy.
