Mercury Home Inspections

Had Doug come out for a Wind Mitigation Inspection, in addition to a 4 Point Inspection to our home. Professional, efficient, and respectful. Had both sets of documentation the same evening. Excellent work overall!

I would highly recommend Doug and Mercury Home Inspections if you need a home inspection company. My home insurance was not being renewed after 25 years (company leaving the state) and to make matters worse we were in the middle of some renovations. Doug was great, exceeding my expectations and alleviating my anxiety. He was a true professional from beginning to end and walked me through the whole process. He was responsive to my calls and texts, available on my schedule and respectful of my time. Best of all I had my reports within hours of the inspection. Kudos to Doug and Mercury Home inspections.

I liked the fact that I could easily book and pay for the exact time, date and type of inspection(s) I needed on the Mercury Home Inspections website. Very convenient. I booked for the very next day. I got texts from Doug confirming. He showed up on time and ready to inspect. I booked the wind and 4 point inspection. Doug was great. I found him very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasant person. The inspections didn’t take him long but judging from the reports I received the same day, his inspections were very thorough.
