We loved living in the community. It's a great area and close to everything. If and when you move in, understand that you will be dealing with an HOA which is far from desirable. I would give this community more stars, but one of the reasons we decided to move was the mismanagement of the HOA. So ask those questions and understand who is on the board. I never felt like we were heard. Beyond the HOA, which in my opinion is shakedown of the community, the amenities, pool, etc. are nice. It's a great community to raise your family, and several schools are in the area that are a part of CFB.
