Guys!! Don't rent here! Probably the worst place to live ever, the office lies to you about everything including rent and specials only to give you 20 days rent free instead of 30 or 60 like they promised. There's so many unauthorized people on property that my first night there i had to pull a homeless lady out of the trash can. They're gates are open all the time and the property is so dirty from trash lingering across the parking lot to the cans filling up so much. There's no security on property like they promised and the janitors are terrible at fixing what they need to fix for the property. If you have the chance choice or option to rent from ANYONE but NRP group and these apartments I’d suggest you do so. I wish I could give a negative star!!! I unfortunately had to renew my lease another year because of the front office having employees that stole my first few months rent checks. Yes their employees signed off on my money order and took the money creating a balance owed amount on my lease that they placed an eviction notice for saying I’m responsible for tracing a check they signed off on. I can’t move because this has affected my credit- 787 dropped to 521 due to them claiming it’s a negative balance owed. I can’t move because it’s like I’m on a no rent list when I’ve always paid on time or early. I tried calling corporate and guess what? They’ve not attempted to call me

04/18/24; Update: Now there are closed on Thursday, no one responds to emails or picks up the phone. Update: Office is now closed every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1pm to 4pm. NRP's property are always behind on paper work for residence applications and turning in yearly reports. They can't keep managers and staff are under trained. I lived at another update: This complex is so gross! NRP property in Fort Worth for 3 years, moved here hoping for better experience. This office is worse, gates are always broken and the dumpster are always a mess. NRP group apartments are always under staffed and leads to office being closed to residences.

Don’t move here please. I have been living here for 2 years by myself as it was an affordable option for me, when I first moved in I had some minor concerns that never got addressed. Quickly I realized the front office is not respondent EVER I could call 17 times and have a maintenance emergency and still not hear from anyone. My ac has been out twice and didn’t get fixed for days with no communication. If you pay in person they will take your money and somehow you still end up with numerous late fees and it will take months to get them removed even if it’s not your fault. I received a negative credit report despite making on time payments and had to dispute this. As someone who has OCD I clean constantly, mopping scrubbing whatever it is I will make sure my space is clean and peaceful and
