I know this sounds corny, but I absolutely love where I live! What’s interesting is that sometimes you live somewhere and you’re like you know it’s OK. But ever since I’ve moved here, I’ve absolutely had the best experience. It’s always a wonderful morning when I can say hello to Perla when I’m leaving for work, sometimes I get to say hi to Oscar who is our wonderful maintenance Guru, and basically anyone else who works here is always smiling and happy to help you with anything. I can’t even count how many times I’ve asked for just one little favor and anyone who is here has always been willing to help. I know for me this has just been the positive experience. There is nothing to not like about this building. The rooftop and amenities are well kept. The walls are solid so there is minimal to no neighbor noises. The best part is the parking underground that is shared with the google offices so it is always secure!! No homeless or sus characters in the area. Generally very quiet street and close to everything in SLU. And finally the staff is amazing, kind and helpful. They organize resident events every month or so that are well liked and attended. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within a day if not almost immediately.

I have lived at Mera for a year now and this is honestly the best apartment I have ever loved in! The staff are extremely helpful, accommodating and so they’re best to make sure any concern you have is taken care of! Additionally, I always receive my packages the maintenance staff is quick on all jobs and the building is extremely peaceful, clean and quiet ! Special shout out to Kiley for helping me move here and continue to live at Mera

I travelled to Seattle to look for a 1b1b, moving from LA. Hans was the community manager who showed me around Mera & he was AMAZING! The apartment was beautiful but the service was even better! Hans took his time showing us the view from the rooftop lounge & showed us Seattle from above. He was so helpful, friendly, & incredibly sweet to my mom & I the whole time. He showed us around the community & was very informative & thoughtful about all our concerns & needs. We had also booked a tour for the building across, which apparently is managed by the same company, so he continued to tour us to that building as well. We felt really lucky to have met him & am highly considering moving in! Thank you Hans!!

Mera not only lives up to the expectation, but consistently goes above and beyond. The units are spacious with luxury finishes, the leasing agency is always responsive and actions any inquiries quickly, and maintenance is professional and diligent. I would highly recommend this place to any potential resident.
