Mendenhall Square

Terrible neighbors! Poor Communication amongst the people that work there! My downstairs is always loud and they don’t care!!!

My daughter has lived at Mendenhall square for 2 years. It has been a nice and quiet place for her. Walkable to UNCG and Tate st stores. She has had a few maintenance issues that have always been handled quickly and professionally. I wish she had in unit laundry because the laundry room is not enough for the complex but she has made out fine. The only other issue is parking. Despite what management thinks there is plenty of parking and tenants should have a guest pass or there should be guest spots. Tenant’s guest should not have to park on spring garden when there are always open spots.

More frequent than not a review is a one-sided, (possibly bias) telling of one’s own personal experience. This is much more than that. From unwarranted warnings from Uber drivers/relative stranger alike, once finding out the exact location of my living, to other tenants (current and past) about their experiences. Mold, broken HVAC units, poor maintenance overall, slow service even. I myself had no heat all winter, experienced power outage from blown fuses while trying to use heaters. A cracked window aided in a literal freezing winter. Only to get to spring and the AC go out after a few short days. As a sub leader I could only make so much fuss, that the was listened to. Add on a dishwasher that never worked, and mold on the ceiling. I am assuming but I suspect it stems from a water proble

I already left the current owners a one star review for kicking us out to do renovations so let me tell you why you shouldn’t live here. I saw that a 2 bedroom is now $1200 and I’m telling you it’s not worth the price for the lack of amenities- There are only 3 washer/dryers which are always breaking down because the other tenants misuse them and it takes ages for them to get fixed. Strange men will also take your clothes out of the machine immediately after your time is up without giving you a chance to go get them. We never got assigned parking spaces even though Burkely asked for our vehicle information and put a towing sign out front. I will say they’re typically good about fulfilling maintenance requests except they never replaced our stove even though we only had one usable burner fo

I have the opportunity to live anywhere in Greensboro I like. College Hill is the perfect location and Mendenhall Square is the best apartment complex for College Hill around.
