Melrose WPB

I currently live here. To all thinking about moving into this complex, DON’T!!! Management has switched hands at least 4-5 times since 2020. Little to no amenities or privacy. The office is ALWAYS locked and management is very rude and hardly available. (Except when a payment is due. They don’t have a problem getting in touch with you then) The property is poorly kept and there are seedy ppl working for them. They are always different. And they don’t speak English. They sent their cleaning lady to collect rent from us along with her husband (I guess) which made it very uncomfortable for us to be here. Don’t let the “WELCOME” balloons fool you. (I want to pop them sooooo bad) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY EVEN LOOKING HERE. PLEASE! If I could give this place zero stars, I would give them

The apartments are vastly overpriced for what is offered. We're paying $2615 ($2525 rent and $90 water/trash fees) The only amenity is a pool, and even that isn't cleaned properly. There is no onsite management, which makes addressing issues a challenge. While we live in a "renovated" apartment, the renovations were clearly rushed. We've experienced numerous problems, including AC malfunctions, water leaking into floors, floors coming apart, and sliding doors that are jammed. To make matters worse, tenants are expected to pay for and change their own air filters, or risk being charged damage fees. This policy feels unfair and adds to the frustration. Just moved in recently. It is a very well maintained condominium, and the unit was all remodeled. Included new appliances, floors etc., and moving in process was very easy an it was a pleasure. Highly recommend!

I have been living in the Melrose since 2016 and my experience there has been extremely wonderful. I have great neighbors. The property has always been kept nice, but the one person who makes sure all residents are good is Kellys the property manager. I have lived in a lot of complexes, but Kellys has been the best manager. She takes care of our needs and wants without hesitation. Kellys is one of the biggest parts why I have been there for so long. She will be truly missed, but I really hope she decides to stay.

My family and I moved in 2 years ago and we just renewed our lease for another year! We absolutely love it here!!! The area is small and quiet. The neighbors are kind and friendly.The apartments are extremely big,spacious, and affordable. The property manager, Kellys is kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond at all times.
