I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Our property manager, Cosmica, deserves special appreciation. She’s always prompt, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Any time I’ve reached out, she’s responded quickly and made sure things were taken care of. Maintenance requests have also been handled fast and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in day to day living. Overall, really appreciate the management here.

The apartment manager, Cosmica, is very understanding, straightforward, and responsive. She gets maintenance done quickly and follows through to make sure issues are addressed. The apartments are older, and she definitely does her best given the repairs needed and resources available. She has had to oversee a lot of construction on the property, and she has done a lot for the longevity of the property.

My son and I live at Heritage Woods Apartments, and we feel very comfortable here, especially with the new property manager, Cosmica. She always keeps us informed about any changes or situations that arise, and best of all, she provides solutions to all kinds of problems. Personally, she is very professional and responsible in her work. I sincerely recommend living here.

Me and my wife love it here! And Cosmica is the landlord and she is super nice and very understanding. She loves to keep the apartments in tip top shape! All the maintenance people they have are nice and make sure to get things done and cleanly. They also have a very convenient way to pay the rent. Highly recommend. And super close to Redmond town center so that’s a plus!

Love living here. A quiet property and the property manager Cosmica is extremely attentive and great at her job! Never an issue with parking also.
