They refuse to respond to homeowners but send out “ threatening “ letters about keeping the neighborhood looking good when our Fees are supposed to be taking care of things THEY ARE NOT DOING! Easements not cut , trash everywhere, lights out at the only building in the neighborhood they are supposed to manage. Complete scam

I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! Unkept community! Unmaintained community! HOA area trashed! Perimeter fence busted for 4 months. Trees down in community for months. Weeds and grass never maintained. No Lawncare, No Cleaning team and Poor HOA management!

Horrible service I am a new home owner trying to contact them various times and I had to reach to the builder nor they can give me an answer only a email where I have sent various replies and no response I have been trying to set my hoa on autopay for 4 month now and they tell my sales consultant that they have been trying to reach me when I recently received their check vouchers 3 weeks ago and then decide to put a lien and have me pay for lawyer feeds for no reason this hoa is horrible make sure they aren’t yours when you buy

If I could give 0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY from this management company. They are not organized, and employees and managers need customer service training ASAP!!!!! C. Batts was rude. They don’t have good responses for any questions that you have, they are rude, not helpful, and they would respond anything to not have you on the phone for more than 3 minutes. They don’t really want to assist you. For homeowner requests I had to ask one of our residents that is on the board of our community to follow up with my stuff because they wouldn’t reply to emails on a timely manner or REALLY READ THEM THROUGHOUT. They ask for stuff that I already took the TIME to provide and send. Just awful… looks like 5 years ago they were a good company per the reviews but definitely not now.

The very first day I was moving in my car was towed. I had been requesting, passes, temporary, guest, permanent for weeks. I had a pipe leak in my home and my garage was flooded. This was an emergency situation and I had to remove my car from the garage to do clean up. I called the office multiple times and left emergency messages asking what I should do. No response. I parked my car down by the new construction in order not to take up prime parking space. Within a couple of hours a tow truck was called by a man on the parking committee. He was fully aware that I owned the vehicle and the respectful thing to do would have been to knock on my door. 3 of the men on the parking committee have knocked on my door many times and we discussed my cars. I guess they can knock to flirt but not to b
