Mostly ok, the area is a little unsafe, tons of car accidents and break-ins and strange screaming/noises at night. Apartment complex is going through construction so very noisy during the weekday. Rising package thefts and break-ins to the storage unit.
Someone came into the laundry room, smashed all the coin deposits and stolen all the coins, the machines don't work anymore.
