I’ve been living here for 3 months now and I have no complaints. The ladies in the office are wonderful and Judith is always so helpful with everything she’s the main reason I was convinced to move in to start with. I’m considering staying for another 2 years and I really do recommend living here.

I've had the pleasure of living here since 2019 and I have to say that the property has really taken a turn for the better every year! The ladies at the front are always kind and informative. I've had my fair share of maintenance issues but the technicians resolve them quickly. And they just started working with Flex, where I can pay my rent in two payments

Let this apartment be your last choice!!! This past December when temperatures dropped to about 13 degrees my heat completely stopped working & I had to freeze underneath my covers for about 2-3 days before the maintenance man came & fixed the issue. Then after the heater was fixed it stopped working once again after a day. It also doesn’t matter how clean of a person you are it’s a 100% guarantee you’re gonna have roaches because of how disgusting the tenants here live. Parking is gonna give you a headache as well so be sure to be prepared for that. Lastly my car was broken into yesterday sometime. I didn’t find out it was vandalized untilI I had to go to my car to go to work. Another woman’s car was broken into right after mines on the same day. I wish I never moved to these apartments &

I'm a pro sales rep for Lowe's. Judith Acevado really cares for the apartment community she serves. She's great at communicating and regularly sends over orders for items they need to replace or repair for units on the grounds. Every time my wife and I drive by Melody Parc I say, "I send orders there all the time!" Thanks for the business Judith!! 😃
