Ok they are new, located in an older neighborhood. Two original homes in front of the property. A trailer park on the one side, an old church on the other side, and a collison center on the back side, what a view. A 30 minute drive to downtown or the beach.
the service was decent, nothing extraordinary but they helped answer our questions politely. could use some improvement in communication and follow-up.
Parking is going to be horrendous! These homes are jam-packed into a tiny space with its only exit/entrance off of a busy street.
Well done new community!
