I lived at The Melar for two years and had the most incredible experience! The building and apartments are fantastic, and the staff are a true highlight of living here. The team here is very special. They are the best, always welcoming and willing to lend a helping hand. Thank you for an incredible experience living here and making The Melar a wonderful home!

The Melar is a fantastic apartment building, thanks to truly amazing staff. Without exception, Bryan, Charlie, Andy, Joe, Alex, Miguel, Eleazar, and Rosa are incredibly kind, upbeat, and competent. They all made the building feel like a genuine home. I'm also very grateful to the leasing staff—Elise, Majlinda, Sienna, and Kimanie—for being so welcoming and responsive. Can't recommend this building highly enough.

We just moved our daughter into this building and it was an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived. Frank and Brian were unbelievably helpful and quick to responds to any of our needs! The entire staff went above and beyond with their professionalism and friendliness. They certainly made my daughter feel welcome and made we, as parents, feel extremely comfortable leaving our daughter in this beautiful, well run building!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 years of living at The Melar! My wife and I always felt right at home and the staff was incredibly helpful, kind and warm to us during our time there. Frank was incredible whenever we needed help fixing anything in our unit, and the doormen were exceptional. Andy, Brian, Charlie and Joey were there for just about our entire time at the building and it was extremely tough to leave them! The leasing staff was helpful as we needed to get someone to sublet our place early so shoutout to Christian and Kimanie for all the help they were during a stressful time. 5 out of 5.

I absolutely loved my time at the Melar! The apartments are pristine and the entire staff (Bryan, Charlie, Eleazar, Joe, Andy, Frank, Alex) make you feel at home. I am so sad to be leaving this amazing team and would recommend anyone looking to live in the Upper West Side to check if they are lucky to find an available unit in the Melar.
