Megatel Homes - Santorini

This is one of the newest home communities in Seagoville. But so far the homes are nice and great specials for home buyers.

Although it’s taking longer than expected to build out the neighborhood and amenities, I enjoyed most of the home buying process with Megatel. I am also happy with the quality of my home. We had our home inspected by a third party inspector and a former general contractor for a major builder, and they both said our house was one of the best new builds they’ve seen in a long time. No major structural issues and everything working as it should. I also love the proximity to other places. It’s an easy 30 minute drive into Dallas and 20 minutes to Forney. Overall, I highly recommend Megatel as a builder and love the Santorini neighborhood. As a first-time home buyer, I enjoyed this process.

Horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone I know to stop at this particular location in Santorini. Maybe other locations are better, but this one wasn’t the best experience .My husband and I stopped by to check the property out, and the initial impression was not that great. We were met by a younger guy that I am assuming is a sales rep and he did not seem that enthusiastic to deal with us. It was the most awkward things we’ve ever experienced and would hope no one else has to encounter this guy. He asked a few basic questions and shortly answered the questions I had and sort of stood there and then as I told my husband we could leave , he asked if we would like to view one of the properties. I told him no we would not and he offered his business card and we left. I knew once my

Sterling was absolutely awesome. Ask for him if you are looking for an amazing home in a awesome community!

Avoid at all cost. Save yourself the headache.
