Medina Investments Inc

I lived 7 years in Gotham street. Medina Investment is an honest company, and very professional when there is a complaint. Gabino, the handiman, is very respectful and helpful. The rent prices are fair. The reason why I left is because they don't allow the tenants to have an AC, and over the Summer it gets extremely hot. Additionally, Delia-- the manager-- would always remind the tenants about the rules, but never follow up with them herself. For example, she would always park in restricted areas. She also told Medina Investment I had plants outside of my apartment, when in reality they were hers, when I confronted her about it she quickly changed the conversation. These are the two reasons why I gave it 3 stars.

worst customer Service ever. turned in 2 applications & took my 60$ like nothing but yet never gaved a call to tell me if i qualified or not. rented the apartment last week & made me turn in the application when the apartment was rented already. never go here

Worst experience ever ! They took my application and money , they told me they were going to give me a call in 6 or 8 days .. they never gave me a call ! They just took my money like thiefs ! Stay away from here ! You will regret going here ! Bunch of thiefs !

I USE TO LIVE IN THIER APARTMENTS TWO YEARS AGO AND MY SINK USE TO SEND THESE TWO GUYS NAME "GAVINO AND SOME ONE WIERD LOOKING GUY" AND ALL THEY USE TO DO IS PURE LAZY AND SUPER SLOOPPY JOB NOT TO SAY RUDE GUYS AND HNOT EVEN PROFFESIONALS THEY DO IT THIER WAY AND UN WHAT U CALL A MICKEY MOUSE JOB....
