Medina Highlands

I absolutely love living here. The area is amazing, the amenities are top-tier, and I truly could not have picked a better spot in Central Austin. Being just a block away from school makes it even more perfect — convenient, vibrant, and exactly where I’m meant to be. 💕

Medina is a great place to live! I love the community and culture they have cultivated and I have made soo many new friends and great memories that I will cherish. Thank you Savannah for always helping me and making me feel cared for. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. To all those out there, highly recommend making this your new home.

I love living at Medina. From when I first moved in I told people it felt like living at a hotel, but I do live in the main building and just go down the elevator to the front desk. For that reason it feels like a hotel. The showers are superb and also feel so luxe. It’s a great price to live here and the location is great to get to every highway. Best pool also and great events. All around great property. They have their problems but always treat promptly.

I just wanted to say thank you to the team at Medina Highlands. I accidentally left my Prada purse downstairs in the pool table room and was completely stressed when I realized it. I reached out to the staff right away, and they were so helpful and easy to communicate with the whole time. A few days later, someone in the building turned it in and I was beyond relieved. I’m so grateful to the honest neighbor who returned it and to the staff for being supportive throughout everything. I truly appreciate it.

My experiences with the community manager Savanna have been nothing short of excellent. Her attitude is superb and her outfits are always on point. I've lived here the past year and have referred several people to the building. We have a large, fun group that is always hosting several community events. The place has the same issues any other complex in Austin has really. I've lived in highrises downtown and all over Austin the last 10 years. My work orders are filled in a timely manner. Security for packages in the mail room could be a little better, but that's my only real issue. I live on the top floor so I don't really hear people too often, but I think the walls are on the thinner side but it doesn't bother my friends that much. The pool is a blast in the summer!
