A gorgeous, spacious apartment, with wood floors, huge windows with an incredible view, and a fireplace. Very quiet and very secure. Maintenance is incredible

Lived here for almost two years. Great building with lots of amenities, modern decor, along with ample parking on sit. Close to all the great restaurants and shops in the Park Avenue area and convenient to Interstate 490. Erin the property manager has been exceptional to work with since the time of my move in. Andrew the maintenance supervisor is quick to respond with service to any repair that needs to be done small or large. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in a full service type of location.

Have had an office suite here since 2011. Comfortable, good location close to transportation and downtown. Maintenance is well maintained and responsive. Love the Art Deco style.

Melissa is great. Been here only a week, but the move-in was made easy by Melissa by clearly providing instructions on how to use the old-timey freight elevator and taking care of maintenance issues immediately that I had noticed as part of my move-in inspection.

Very bad experience. Two days after my daughter put in a security deposit of $1600, she read the lease and then sent an email to the leasing consultant with a few questions. The leasing consultant never responded to her email. My daughter tried multiple times in the following days and never got one single response. She eventually sent an email expressing that she was not comfortable signing the lease given that the leasing consultant was unresponsive and her questions regarding the lease were never answered. Then a response came from the company informing her that it will keep the $1600 deposit for “liquidated damage”. This kind of practice forces a renter to either sign the lease with questions unanswered, or let them have your entire security deposit. What a bully.
